just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for this interesting read.
I strongly believe that you are in touch with the human condition. For the very fact that you make reference to this article shows that even Westerners can be both sympathetic and empathetic to foreign customs and needs.
Living in North America, I find myself falling into the trap of becoming one-sided in terms of design.
More often then not, I actively have to make an effort to break out of my near-sightedness to consider the needs of others where N.A. usability best practices simply don&#039;t cut it.
I love your writing and have become a great fan of yours. Keep up the great work.
