  • Worked on pilot exploration team for the redesign of the mobile application
  • Led implementation of new mobile architecture for over 12 million users
  • Key resource for the technical team, designers & vendors, answering questions and helping to identify and mitigate any challenges to implementation
  • Managed a redesign with a 4 month deadline managing relationships with 3 vendors & 4 stakeholders while also directing an editor and visual designer resulting in an increase of pre-qualification leads in the Real Estate Center from 150 to 441 (294%) within 3 months after redesign
