Lead entire organizational wide update of the mobile banking application update for over 12 million customers. Since I was new to the app, I originally created flows with the screen shots for the entire application, something no one had access to before. Worked with the rest of the team to bring together our individual designs and helped create documentation for anyone new to the mobile team. Worked closely with business, development, editorial, visual and other user experience designers to ensure consistency to our mobile design patterns.
